What can be returned: Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase. Subject to the following criteria we will refund or replace the full price or order produced, excluding postage and processing costs.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for errors in user-selected options such as product type, size and/or colour. Change of mind. Incorrect Sizes, Style or Colour Delayed delivery of Goods.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges: For products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
